With tongue and groove to all four sides, our boards are nice and easy to install. If you do choose to install yourself then please refer to our Installation Guidelines 2024.

Our floor boards can be installed by competent DIY’ers, carpenters or timber floor installers. Depending on the approach taken, the installation can cost from $45/m2 to $85/m2 + GST.

Maintenance

As with any timber product, any spills or excess moisture should be removed as quickly as possible. However, due to the lacquer and UV treatment our flooring has a tough pre-finished coating which will withstand the everyday wear of family life.

To clean the floor, sweep or vacuum before mopping.  This helps remove any dust or grit from the floor.  Never use harsh chemicals, only  a safe detergent mix such as warm water and a few drops of dishwashing detergent.  Use a microfibre flat bottom mop, and ring out to virtually dry before using.  Avoid slopping large amounts of water onto the floor.
